Born in Zambia and raised in the UK, I know what it’s like to feel like an outsider, to silence yourself, and to wrestle with self-doubt. I spent years as a ‘good girl’—a people-pleaser with high expectations, afraid of making mistakes. My journey took me from a dream career as a fashion designer to motherhood, entrepreneurship, and ultimately, faith-led coaching. Through postpartum depression, career uncertainty, and inner healing, I learned we don’t just have to cope with life’s struggles—we can transform them.
Now, I empower heart-led, creative ‘good girls’ to jump off the expected path and say yes to the adventure God designed just for them. Through transformative courses, coaching, and faith-based inner healing, I help women take their negative thoughts captive, release fear and judgment, and step into their God-given purpose with freedom.

My life began to change.
Today it looks so different and it’s so much more than I could have hoped, dreamt or imagined.
A few years in I looked back at my life and couldn’t believe how far I’d come inspite of the anxious thoughts, inspite of still experiencing fear and self doubt and inspite of having health issues and a busy life.
I was overcoming limiting beliefs and healing those inner wounds…

So I started this business where I share the tools, exercises and experiences that helped me create a vision for my life, grow my mindset, step out of my comfort zone and move forward in the face of fear, self doubt or judgment.
